We recently had the opportunity to work with a customer who was struggling with their current supplier of lit badges for their production vehicles resulting in a very high fall out rate. The customer reached out to Rebo for help, and we were eager to assist.
We began working to root cause and solve the issue and provide our customer with a solution. We quickly redesigned, tested, tooled, and launched the new design within 10 months. This product is in current production and had no warranty claims since. In addition we were able to reduce the costs of the product and pass these savings along to the customer.
Thanks to our expertise and production flexibility, we were able to quickly identify and address the problem, allowing the customer to continue production without any stoppage time. This was a major success for both the customer and our team.
